2026, Unglazed stoneware ceramic
(Unglazed outside & glazed inside)
The Pourย depicts a celebration in honour of the gods, where wine, dance and pleasure become acts of devotion. Figures gather to offer grapes and wine, feasting and entertaining the divine through ritual and celebration. Often under the influence of wine or ambrosia, the food and drink of the gods, the boundaries between mortals and deities begin to dissolve…
Drawing on the spirit of Dionysian festivities, the vessel evokes a world where desire, abundance and sensuality are embraced as pathways to the divine. The unglazed surface recalls the appearance of ancient Greek ceramics, while the imagery brings themes of desire, pleasure and companionship into dialogue with classical mythology.
